Yuri Navotsky, better known by his stage name Uzari, is a Belarusian singer and composer.
He has appeared in the Belarusian finals in 2012 and 2013 finishing in the top 10 both times and was a backing singer for Anastasia Vinnikova at the 2011 contest. He also wrote the Belarusian entry for the 2014 Junior Eurovision contest.
Along with Maimuna, he represented Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song Time. He failed to qualify from the first semi final; afterwards he was the Belarusian spokesperson during the 2016 contest final.
He participated in The Voice of Ukraine in 2016 as a member of Tina Karol's team; however, he was knocked out in the battle stages. Three years later, he released his debut album, Padziaka Serca (A Grateful Heart).
