You And Me was the Swiss entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmo performed by Takasa.
The theme of the song as stated by the members of the group themselves is centered around relationships and trying to bridge the gap between people and generations. This is especially true in their official preview video as they embark on a roadtrip adventure across Switzerland together in a Fiat 600 on their way to Malmo.
It was performed 16th in the second semifinal following Georgia and preceding Romania. At the close of voting, it finished in 13th place with 41 points and missed the final. Had it been down to televotes alone, it would have qualified in 5th place.
