You're Not Alone was the United Kingdom's entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm performed by Joe & Jake.
As a member of the Big Five, the United Kingdom was pre-qualified for the final. Joe & Jake previewed their song during the second semifinal along with the songs from Germany and Italy.
In the final, the song was performed 25th following Austria and preceding Armenia. At the close of voting, it finished in 24th place with 62 points.
