Teemu Keisteri, known by his stage name Windows95man is a Finnish visual artist. He became known for creating a character named "Ukkeli" that he uses in his merchandising, and adopted his stage name from a Microsoft Windows 95 T-shirt that he often wears on stage. He is also a dance artist and a DJ, additionally he owns his own art gallery in Helsinki.
He represented Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmo with the song No Rules!, finishing in 19th place in the final.
