Who the Hell is Edgar? was the Austrian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool performed by Teya & Salena.
It qualified from the second semifinal in 2nd place, marking Austria's first qualification since 2018. In the final, it was performed 1st preceding Portugal. At the close of voting, it finished in 15th place with 120 points.
