Waldo's People are a Finnish Eurodance act formed in 1998. Prior to this, lead singer Waldo had embarked on a successful solo career in the mid-1990s.
They were chosen to represent their home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow with the song Lose Control and were selected by the jury to go through to the final, where they ended up finishing in last place.
