Vincent Mendoza Bueno is a Filipino-Austrian singer. He started in dance at the age of 4 and later graduated in music from the Vienna Conservatory of Music.

In 2007, he participated in the Austrian talent series Musical! Die Show, winning the series finale in 2008 taking two-thirds of the public vote. Two years later, he made his first appearance on television in the Philippines on the TV show ASAP XV.

He has some Eurovision experience, he appeared at the 2017 contest in Kiev as one of the backing singers for Nathan Trent and produced the Spanish-language version of Nathan's entry Running on Air. He also competed in the 2016 Austrian national selection.

Vincent was to have participated in the 2020 contest. With the cancellation of the event, ORF announced that he would represent Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song Amen. He failed to qualify from the second semifinal, finishing in 12th place.
