Twist of Love was the Danish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 in Athens performed by Sidsel Ben Semmane.
The song describes the attempts of "this guy called Johnny" to catch the eye of "Connie", a girl who is also being pursued by "O'Smarty". In the event, it turns out that O'Smarty is unable to dance the twist, while Johnny's prowess means that he wins the girl. Fittingly, the music is heavily inspired by early rock-n-roll.
Because of their top ten finish in the previous year, Denmark already qualified to the final. In the final, it was performed 9th following Germany and preceding Russia. At the close of voting, it finished in 18th place with 26 points.

- Because of a new rule in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix allowing the song to be in any language for the show, this was the first Danish entry without at Danish-language counterpart.
- The guitar solo was reminiscent of that performed in the famous Back to the Future scene.
