Tom Dice is the stage name of Begian singer-songwriter Tom Eeckhout. He rose to fame after finishing as runner up on the Flemish version of "The X Factor" using his birth name.

He was selected to represent his home country at the 2010 contest in Oslo where he won the first semi final (also becoming the first Belgian act to qualify for the final since the introduction of the semi finals) and finished in 6th place, one of the country's best placings in the contest.

He was one of the five jurors for Belgium in the 2018 contest in Lisbon.

Tom later teamed up with Idool 2011 runner-up Kato Callebaut to form the duo "The Starlings". They participated in Eurosong 2023 choosing the song "Rollercoaster" as their potential entry despite their fellow contestants favoring the song "Oceanside". They finished in 2nd place by 1 point behind Gustaph despite winning the overall public vote.
