Titan was the Albanian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmo performed by Besa.
The song was originally titled Zemrën n'dorë (translation: "Heart in Hand") and in Albanian.
It was performed 2nd in the second semifinal following Malta and preceding Greece. At the close of voting, it finished in 15th place with 14 points.
