Tattoo was the Swedish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool performed by Loreen. This was her second appearance at the contest following her dominant victory in 2012 with Euphoria.
It qualified from the first semifinal in 2nd place. In the final, it was performed 9th following Spain and preceding Albania. At the close of voting, it was declared the winner with 583 points, giving Sweden its record-tying 7th victory and Loreen a place in the history books as the second person (and first female artist) to win the contest twice.

- It is the first song to win from the 9th position in the running order since Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi in 1988.
- Co-writer Cazzi Opeia also wrote "Wonderland" for AleXa, who won the 2022 American Song Contest for Oklahoma.
- Britain's Got Talent runner-up Lilliana Clifton danced to the song in her final performance.
- 2022 Australian representative Sheldon Riley performed the song in the preliminary rounds of America's Got Talent: Fantasy League.
- Aerial duo Jacqueline & Wagner used the song for their Quarterfinal round performance in season 20 of America's Got Talent.
