Tamara "Tako" Milanova (née Gachechiladze) is a Georgian singer. She had actually tried a couple of times to represent her country at Eurovision, her first attempt was in 2008 with the song "Me and My Funky Song".
She was supposed to represent Georgia in 2009 as part of Stephane & 3G with the song "We Don't Wanna Put In", but the EBU forced the Georgian broadcaster to withdraw from the contest in Moscow as their song had violated the rule of making political statements.
She represented Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev as a soloist with the song Keep the Faith but missed out on a place in the final, finishing 11th in the first semifinal.
She was the spokesperson for Georgia at the 2018 contest.
In 2018, she married Bulgarian songwriter/producer Borislav Milanov, who is best known as the founder of the Symphonix collective based in Vienna.
