Systur

Systur, also known as Sísy Ey and formerly Tripolia, is an Icelandic folk-pop trio consisting of sisters Sigga, Elisabet (known as "Beta") and Elín Eyþórsdóttir. They are the daughters of two well-known Icelandic musicians Ellen Kristjánsdóttir and Eyþór Gunnarsson.

They represented Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin with the song Með Hækkandi Sól. They finished in 23rd place in the grand final.

Their group name is the Icelandic word for "sisters".
The sisters are active in the transgender rights community. Sigga has a transgender child.
Their parents sang the song "Heyr Himnasmiður" in Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga which was featured every time the elves appeared.
They were featured as part of a story about Eurovision and the 2022 Icelandic national selection for the American news magazine show 60 Minutes.
