Sverre Kjelsberg was a Norwegian singer, composer and lyricist. He was a member of the Norwegian band The Pussycats in 1964. Between 1979 and 2004, he released 7 albums.
Together with Mattis Hætta, he represented Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 1980 in The Hague with their song Sámiid Ædnan, finishing in 16th place.
He passed away on 19 June 2016 at the age of 69.
