Stella Maessen is a Dutch-born singer. She participated in Eurovision 3 times for 2 different countries as a performing artist: in 1970 with her sisters Patricia and Bianca as Hearts of Soul for her native Netherlands, in 1977 with Dream Express and in 1982 as a soloist for Belgium.
In all of the three times she participated in the contest either within her groups or as a solo performer, she finished in the top 10.
