Siw Malmkvist is a Swedish singer who has been popular in Scandinavia, especially in Sweden and in Germany. She went to the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 1960 for Sweden and in 1969 for Germany. This makes her the first Eurovision artist to represent two different countries. Both times she placed inside the top ten.
