Serafín Lizoain Vidondo, known professionally as Serafín Zubiri is a blind singer, songwriter and pianist. He represented Spain at the 1992 and 2000 Contests.
He had made an attempt to represent San Marino at the 2025 contest, but withdrew from the semifinals due to a prior commitment.
