Barbara Alexandra "Sandra" Reemer was a Dutch-Indo singer. She represented the Netherlands three times in the 1970s, all credited under a different name each time.

Her first participation was at the Eurovision Song Contest 1972 performing the song Als het om liefde gaat with Dries Holten as the duo Sandra & Andres. They finished in 4th place. She came back as a soloist 4 years later on home ground at the Eurovision Song Contest 1976 in The Hague performing The Party's Over, finishing in 9th place.

Her third attempt was at the Eurovision Song Contest 1979 in Jerusalem with the song Colorado, performing under the name Xandra. Her third appearance was her least successful, finishing in 12th place.

Reemer passed away on 6 June 2017, after a struggle with breast cancer.[2]
