Samir Javadzadeh is an Azerbaijani pop singer. He began a career in music as a member of pop band "Sheron" and left three years later to embark on solo career.
Although not originally chosen to represent his home country at the 2008 Contest in Belgrade, it was eventually decided that he would perform alongside Elnur Hüseynov. They finished in 8th place overall.
