Same Heart was the Israeli entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen performed by Mei Finegold. The first verse, chorus and bridge are sung in English, while the second verse and chorus are sung in Hebrew.

The song finished third in the 2014 OGAE fan poll behind Sweden and Hungary, with many fans hopeful that it would qualify along with the Irish entry.

It was performed 2nd in the second semifinal following Malta and preceding Norway. At the close of voting, it finished in 14th place with 19 points, finishing last with the juries and second-last with the televote. Despite failing to qualify for the final, the song remains a huge fan favorite till this day.

• Despite not qualifying for the final, the song reached the top 5 of the Eurovision Again Semi-Final Special in December 2020, placing 5th overall.
