Anna Cecilia Sahlin, known professionally as Sahlene, is a Swedish singer and performer. The oldest of 7 children from a musical family, her performing career started at the age of 9 as an actress in the film The Children of Noisy Village and its sequel. When she was 18, she moved to Stockholm to pursue music seriously and joined the gospel choir One Voice. She released her debut single in 2000.

Sahlene has also participated in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national final, several times.

She represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 in Tallinn with the song Runaway, finishing in joint third place with the United Kingdom.

She has also made multiple trips to Eurovision as a backing singer: in 1999 (for Charlotte Perrelli), 2000 (for Claudette Pace), 2016 (for Dami Im) and 2019 (for Michael Rice).

She took part in Eesti Laul 2022 with the song "Champion" (as Anna Sahlene), finishing in 4th place and just missing the superfinal.

Besides singing, she has voice-acted for several animated films. Some of her roles include the characters of Cappy, Queen Tara and Pepa Madrigal in the Swedish dubs of the animated films Robots, Epic and Encanto. In 2023, she competed in the Netflix game show adaptation of the hit Korean series Squid Game.

  • Sahlene is one of two Eurovision representatives to have voiced Pepa Madrigal in a foreign-language dub of Encanto, the other being Tanja (Estonia 2014) in the film's Estonian dub.
    • Additionally, Tusse (Sweden 2021) voiced Pepa's elder son Camilo Madrigal in the same dub of the film.
