Ryan Dolan is a Northern Irish singer. He began his music career by supporting many well-known acts including Ghanian-born English rapper Tinchy Stryder and Jedward.
He came to public attention in the United Kingdom in 2012 when his collaboration "The Secret" with Zenemy DJz was playlisted on radio by Sara Cox, Hugh Stevens and Scott Mills.
He was chosen to represent Ireland in the 2013 Contest with the song Only Love Survives, which qualified for the final, where it finished in last place - the second time that the country has ended up in that position.
He was one of the five jurors for Ireland in the 2015 contest in Vienna.
In summer 2015, he was announced as the support act on the Irish date of 2015 winner Måns Zelmerlöw's "Heroes Tour".
