Larisa Roxana Giurgiu, known professionally as Roxen is a Romanian singer specializing in deep house music. They are a relative newcomer, starting their career in 2019 when they rose to success as the featured artist on producer Sickotoy's single "You Don't Love Me", which was a commercial hit in Romania and was playlisted in several other countries. They have since released two solo singles.
With the cancellation of the 2020 contest, TVR announced that Roxen would represent Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song Amnesia. It failed to qualify from the first semifinal, finishing in 12th place.
