Roger Jouret, better known professionally as Plastic Bertrand, is a Belgian singer, musician, songwriter, producer, editor and television presenter. He is best known for the song "Ça plane pour moi", which became an international hit in 1978.
He represented Luxembourg in his hometown of Brussels at the Eurovision Song Contest 1987 with the song Amour, Amour. Despite an enthusiastic performance, he failed to impress all but the Greek and United Kingdom juries and ended in 21st place with 4 points.
