Richard Peebles, working under the stage name Rikki, is a Scottish singer who represented the United Kingdom in the 1987 Contest in Brussels, performing the song "Only the Light". It finished in 13th place with 47 points, which was the country's worst result in the Contest at that time. Before the contest, he was a taxi driver in Glasgow.
Post-Contest, he released an album which failed to reach the UK charts and since then no new material has been released.
