Petr Elfimov

Petr Elfimov is a Belarusian singer. He was the Grand Prix winner of the 2004 Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk.

He was chosen to represent his home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, but in spite of being a favourite to qualify for the final, he finished in 13th place in the first semi final.
