  Pepel in Kri is a well-known Slovenian vocal-instrumental band formed in 1974. Since its formation they have released 4 albums and 16 singles. Their group name in English translates to "Ashes and Blood".

The group represented Yugoslavia at the Eurovision Song Contest 1975 in Stockholm performing the song Dan ljubezni, finishing in 13th place.

At the 1990 contest in Zagreb, five members of the group were the backing vocalists for Italian representative Toto Cutugno, whose song Insieme: 1992 went on to win the contest.

The group still performs and tours to this day as a quartet.
