Once in a Lifetime was the Estonian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 in Stockholm performed by Eda-Ines Etti, otherwise known as Ines. It is an up-tempo type of song, compared to most of the other songs in the contest. The song was about Ines making the most of life, as she is "seventeen only, once in a lifetime", although she was 18 when performing the song.
It was performed fourth on the night of the Contest, following the United Kingdom and preceding France. At the close of voting, it finished in 4th place with 98 points.
