On Again... Off Again was the Maltese entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 in Istanbul performed by Julie and Ludwig.
It qualified from the semifinal in 8th place. In the final, it was performed 8th following Portugal and preceding Monaco. At the close of voting, it finished in 12th place with 50 points.
