Non ho l'età was the Italian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1964 in Copenhagen performed by Gigliola Cinquetti. This was the first of her two appearances (she would also co-present the contest in 1991).
The song told the story of a girl who wished to wait to love someone, as she considered herself too young.
The song was performed 12th on the night following Portugal and preceding Yugoslavia. At the close of voting, it was declared the winner with 49 points, more than double the score of her nearest rival Matt Monro of the United Kingdom. This gave Italy its first win and made Cinquetti the youngest winner of the contest at the age of 16 - a record she held until 1986 when Belgium's Sandra Kim won at age 13.
Only the television reprise of this song, along with the radio sounds is available to be watched on YouTube, as the original tape of Eurovision 1964 was supposedly damaged in a fire at DR (Danmarks Radio, the host broadcaster from that year).
