Musiqq are a Latvian pop duo consisting of lead singer Marats Ogleznevs and Emils Balceris. Oglezneves was previously known as a songwriter and singer in hip hop act Device. Many of the duo's songs have become radio hits in Latvia.
In February 2011, they won the right to represent their home country at the 2011 contest in Düsseldorf with the song Angel in Disguise but failed to qualify for the final.

- Emils Balceris voiced Félix Madrigal in the Latvian dub of the Disney film Encanto, being one of two Eurovision representatives to have voiced the character in an international dub of the movie. The other was Jeronimas Milius (Lithuania 2008), who voiced the character in the Lithuanian dub.
- Additionally, Aisha (Latvia 2010) voiced Félix's daughter Dolores Madrigal in the same dub of the film.
