Molly Smitten-Downes

Molly Smitten-Downes is a British singer and songwriter. She was discovered via BBC Introducing, a platform that allows new talent to shine.

She represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen with the song Children of the Universe. Despite the initial hype over the song, it finished in 17th place in the grand final.

Prior to Eurovision, Molly was part of UK production duo Stunt, who collaborated with German production act Sash! on a reworking of their 90s single "Encore Une Fois", which reached the UK Top 10 in 2009.
