Mei Finegold (née Meital Slonimsky) is an Israeli singer. Her career started by performing in school ceremonies, however it wasn't until 2009 when it really took off after finishing in third place in the 7th season of Kokhav Nolad, the Israeli version of the Idol franchise.

She represented Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen with the song Same Heart, which proved to be a big fan favorite. She failed to qualify for the final, finishing second from last in the second semifinal.

In June 2016, she announced on her Instagram that she gave birth to a baby boy with her husband Lior Nordman[1]
