Megara is a Spanish rock band formed in 2015. To date, they have released 1 EP and 4 studio albums, as well as performed as the opening act for Japanese rock group Babymetal on the Spanish leg of their tour.
They attempted to represent their home country at Eurovision through Benidorm Fest in 2023 with the song "Arcadia". Despite being one of the heavy favorites, they finished in 4th place behind eventual winner Blanca Paloma.
The band decided to try their luck a year later as one of the pre-qualified artists in the third edition of Una voce per San Marino, coming through the Second Chance round to reach the final. They won the selection against fan favorite Loredana Bertè and represented San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmo with the song 11:11, finishing in 14th place in the second semifinal.
