Marc Roberts is an Irish singer-songwriter and radio and television presenter best known for representing his home country on home soil in the 1997 Contest in Dublin with Mysterious Woman, finishing in second place, which as of 2016 is the country's last appearance in the Top 5.
Roberts's debut album was released in 1998 and to date he has released six studio albums. He performed in a tribute concert to the late John Denver, who is one of his influences along with other singer/songwriters James Taylor, David Gates, Dan Fogelberg, Janis Ian and Carole King. His shows have sold out the National Concert Hall, Dublin, Opera House, Cork and many other theatres in Ireland.
Roberts later joined Galway Bay FM as a guest presenter before making another attempt to represent his home country at the 2008 Contest, ultimately losing out in the national final to Dustin the Turkey.
