Mélanie Picon, better known as Mélanie Cohl, is a Belgian singer.
She started learning the violin at the age of five; later, she attended the Conservatory of Tournai, where she studied violin, diction, and declaimation. At the same time, she started her career in singing competitions under the pseudonym Kelly Logan. When she was 10 years old, she participated in the RTBF's Jeunes Soloistes TV show.
In 1997, she won at the Pour La Glorie TV show, which brought her into contact with Phillipe Swan. Together, they collaborated on the song Dis Oui, which became the Belgian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 1998. At the close of voting, it placed in 6th, yet it was certified triple platinum.
