Love or Leave was the Lithuanian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki performed by the group 4Fun.
Lithuania automatically qualified for the final due to its top 10 finish the year before. In the final, it was performed 9th on the night following Hungary and preceding Greece. At the close of voting, it finished in 21st place with 28 points.
