Light Me Up was the Polish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon performed by Gromee with Lukas Meijer.

It was performed 11th in the second semifinal following Georgia and preceding Malta. At the close of voting, it finished in 14th place with 81 points, failing to qualify for the final for the first time since 2014.
