Le plus beau jour de ma vie was the second Belgian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1956, and to the Eurovision itself.
The song was performed by Mony Marc, and like many others in the contest, it was performed in the chanson style. The song was performed tenth on the night, right after Switzerland's second song and preceding Germany's.
Like all of the remaining 13 songs, its final placement is unknown.
