Katja Ebstein, née Karin Witkiewicz, is a German singer born in German-Occupied Poland. She performed in the 1970, 1971 and 1980 contests, all for Germany. She has a cumulative points total of 240. In The Eurovision Song Contest: The Official History by John Kennedy O'Connor, Ebstein is the most successful performer that did not win, having finished in the top three, three times without a win.
In 2023, she participated in the ninth season of the German version of The Masked Singer as "Okapi"
