Jonida Maliqi is an Albanian singer and television presenter. She started her career at the age of 13, making her Festivali i Këngës debut with the song "Planeti i fëmijëve" as a duet with Aleksandër Rrapi. Her first solo appearance was in 1999, where she won 2nd prize with the song "Do jetoj pa ty".
Along with a successful discography, she hosted the fourth season of the Albanian version of Dancing With The Stars and was a coach on The Voice of Albania in 2016.
On 22 December 2018, Jonida won the 57th edition of Festivali i Këngës and represented Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv with the song Ktheju tokës. She finished in 17th place in the grand final.
She hosted the 60th edition of Festivali i Këngës in December 2021, which determined Albania's act for the 2022 contest.
