Jessy Matador is the stage name of Congolese-French singer Jessy Kimbangi.

He began his career as a dancer in 2001 and four years later formed the group Le Sélaso.

He was selected to represent France at the 2010 contest in Oslo and as a member of the Big Five automatically qualified for the final where he finished in 12th place, which was one of the country's better results of the 2000s.
