Jendrik Sigwart is a German singer, songwriter and musician. The second of four children, he started playing piano and violin at a young age. After graduating from high school, he studied musical theater at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and has also acted in shows such as Hairspray, Berlin, Berlin and La Cage aux Folles.
Because the coronavirus pandemic kept him from performing on stage, he documented the process of putting together his songs on TikTok under the title "How To Make a Music Video".
On 6 February 2021, ARD/NDR announced that Jendrik would represent Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam performing I Don't Feel Hate. He finished in 25th place with only 3 points, receiving nul points from the televote.
