Jean Jacques is a former French singer who holds the distinction of being the youngest singer to represent Monaco when he took to the Eurovision stage at the 1969 contest in Madrid at the age of 12 with the song "Maman, Maman", which finished in sixth position.

In 1971, he retired from the music scene and nowadays coaches the Toulon rugby team.
