Jean-Paul Mauric was a French singer. He was chosen to represent France in the Eurovision Song Contest 1961 with the song Printemps, avril carillonne. At the close voting, it came 4th place with 13 points.
He passed away from complications of the cardiomyopathic disease on the 5th of January 1991 at the age of 37.
