Jacqueline Boyer (born Eliane Ducos) is a French singer and actress. She is the daughter of Jacques Pills, who finished last for Monaco in its debut at Eurovision the previous year in Cannes.

She represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest 1960 in London with the song Tom Pillibi. Her charming performance won over the jurors and she was named the winner, giving France its second victory in 3 years.
