Inger Johanne Jacobsen was a Norwegian singer and actress
She participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 1962 with the song "Kom sol, kom regn". It finished in 10th place
She tried to qualify for the Eurovision Song Contest two more times. Once in 1964 with the song "Hvor", and again in 1971 with "India". Both songs failed to qualify
Not much is known about her personal life. She intentionally kept herself out of the public eye until her death in 1996 from cancer.
