Hold Me Closer was the Swedish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin performed by Cornelia Jakobs.
It qualified from the second semifinal in 1st place. In the final, it was performed 20th following Moldova and preceding Australia. At the close of voting, it finished in 4th place with 438 points, their best result since 2015.
