Hayk Hakobyan, known professionally as Hayko, was an Armenian singer who began his career in the late 1990s when he released his first CD called "Romances".
He was best-known throughout Europe for representing his home country in the 2007 Contest in Helsinki with the song Anytime You Need, which finished in eighth place.
He has won several awards for his music in his homeland.
He was one of the five jurors for Armenia in the 2016 contest in Stockholm.
Hayko passed away from COVID-19 on 29 September 2021 at the age of 48.
