Há sempre alguém was the Portuguese entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 in Zagreb performed by Nucha. Along with the 'theme' of the 1990 Contest, the song is about unity and helping those in need, saying "There's always someone who still doesn't have as much as we do."
It was performed 16th following Yugoslavia and preceding Ireland. At the close of voting, it finished in 20th place with 9 points.
